On a whim Selena decides to go into a hotel bar to get a drink. She has just gotten divorced and decides that she has earned it. While in the bar she meets James. Another quick impulsive move has her sleeping with James. A year later they both are still thinking about that one nightstand. When fate brings them together again the sparks fly.
Moving on is book three in this series. While you can read it as a standalone it is best to read the whole series to get a better feel for the story. I have read and enjoyed all the books in this series and this newest one does not disappoint. Selena is a smart and sassy woman who can and does stand on her own. She proves what a strong partner she can be when she helps James find the fleeing man that is suspected in the killings he is investigating.
I liked the way this book centered around the relationship between Selena and James. The trust and love that the two have for each other shines throughout the whole story, making it a wonderful read. Sindra van Yssel does a great job of pulling the reader into the story and keeping you entertained all the way to the end. Even though the plot of the story involves finding out who is committing the murders this author does a great job of combining the action and romance in this book.
Genre: BDSM Contemporary
Length: Short Novel
The afternoon after her divorce, Selena runs into James Culver and has the sex of her life. When she wakes up, he’s gone, leaving her with an unquenched taste for being tied up. A year later she finds herself at Bondage Ranch, wanting for once and for all to come to terms with her kinky desires. She doesn’t expect to find James there, tempting her with his hot kisses and bedroom dominance.
James is surprised to find the woman who has haunted his dreams ever since he left her for an emergency, at Bondage Ranch. He came to Bondage Ranch to find a murderer, not kinky sex, and certainly not to fall in love. But his hunt for the murderer is getting nowhere and he’s getting everywhere with Selena -- until one of the guests at the ranch turns up missing.
