Unruly: Knights in Black Leather

Southern Wolves Motorcycle Club, #1

Alamo knows he needs to stay clear of Ellen even when that woman is everything a man could want but Ellen isn’t playing by anyone’s rules but her own in this riveting contemporary romance.

Ellen is a southern woman who’s been raised by Wolves and she gets what she wants and the reader can’t help but get caught up in the romance as Alamo and Ellen give in to their raging attraction and get much more than they bargained for. The chemistry smolders with intense heat throughout the story but the relationship is slow to take hold because of complications, complications that Alamo can’t afford and Ellen is unaware of which has quite a bit of emotional angst and frustration flowing from the pages. The characters are strong, compelling and grab the reader’s attention while the steady to fast pace and smooth flowing plot captivates readers with suspense, turmoil and romance.

Suspense and excitement builds as trouble catches the Wolves off guard and when Alamo’s past catches up and decides to pay Ellen a visit, but most of the story is more about the romance and the character’s lives than action so the suspense comes from the outside influences that affects the relationship. The scenes are well written with great details that make it easy for the reader to relate to the characters and become caught up in their story as the romance unfolds and draws them in with the mc setting adding spice and depth as the reader gets sucked into a world with rules of its own.

The story is a great romance story where there are lots standing in the way of the couple’s happily ever after which kept me glued to the pages as I had to know how things turned out, although I think it could’ve used a bit more action and a little less angst, but that is just my opinion.

Book Blurb for Unruly: Knights in Black Leather

The second novel in Ronnie Douglas’ sexy Southern Wolves motorcycle club series—reminiscent of Kristen Ashley and Jay Crownover—tells the story of an aspiring fashion designer and a biker who discover a desire that knows no limits.

When the daughter of one of the Southern Wolves gets a flat in the middle of a thunderstorm, there’s only one thing to do—strip down to her underwear and get a little muddy. But when Alamo, the sexy biker shows up to rescue Ellen yet again, things are bound to get a whole lot dirtier.

Between the trouble he left behind and club rules, Alamo knows he needs to stay clear of Ellen. He’s not looking for a woman or complications—even when that woman is everything a man could want. Unfortunately, Ellen isn’t playing by anyone’s rules but her own these days, and a Southern woman who’s been raised by Wolves is awfully hard to deny.

So when they give in to their raging attraction, both get much more than they bargained for.
