Diana Pharaoh Francis has created an intriguing world in The Incubus Job with lots of interesting elements and captivating characters, as well as some remarkable quirks. Especially in Mallory’s case, where a bunch of helpful ghosts, which may or may not get out of hand, cause some additional mayhem and excitement in the story. The intriguing events pull you into the story and the adrenaline pumping excitement of the danger that main characters Mallory and Law face keep readers on the edge of their seat, but the re-connect has fireworks blasting in every direction along with all the magic. There are a lot of past emotional issues that keep the turbulence flowing from the pages while the sizzling chemistry heats things up. These strong compelling characters demand attention while they entertain you with their snarky and explosive relationship in this well-written, fast paced and smooth flowing plot that thrills readers with lots of suspense, excitement, and romance. I am looking forward to reading the next book to find out what happens to Mallory since this mission went a little haywire and had some fascinating results.
