The newest Blue Bloods novel has just been released, and I wanted a refresher on the series as it hasvbeen awhile since I've read the proceeding books. I have quite a few books in my 'to be read' pile and didn't have time to reread them all, yet I wanted to be up to date once Gates of Paradise came out.
Blue Bloods: The Graphic Novel was the perfect solution. Not only as a fan it was beautiful to see one of my favorite story lines visualized, but those who are looking to dip their feet into the series just looking to see if they'd like the books, it's a great introduction and a quick read. The graphic novel didn't drag the storyline out into more than one book (Twilight:The Graphic Novel Pt.1 & Pt. 2- I'm looking at you), and while that forced some scenes to be left out, it's still a fair representation of the book and one any fan of Blue Bloods or vampire novels in general will want to have in their collection.
For this elite group of teenagers, New York is all about parties, fashion...AND BLOOD.
The sexy and secretive world of the Blue Bloods comes to life in this stunning graphic novel adaptation of Book One of Melissa de la Cruz's best-selling series.
