Snow Angels

Calendar Men, #12

This erotic contemporary romance novella is a delightful combination of emotion and heat. The intriguing information that is gradually revealed about each of the characters gives the reader a wonderful connection to them, and I was particularly fascinated by Lyssa's acceptance of her very unusual abilities. I love that she is able to provide closure for a man who has been tormented by the events of his past but I am even more impressed by the reinforcement that there is a future for those who are injured, as is seen with both the human and canine members of this particular duo. This author has a wonderful ability to create a charming story that is compelling and entertaining, and I always look forward to reading a story penned by her. I would love to read more about this couple and hope to see them in future tales.

"Snow Angels" by Sabrina York is part of 'The Calendar Men' series and centers around the man who posed for Mr. December, Wade Masters. Little does he expect the arrival of an unusual woman and her cat to turn his self-chosen isolation upside-down and challenge both him and his canine companion. Lyssa is stunned to discover the object of her lusty fantasies in the cabin his sister offered for her use. Their intense connection is complicated by his physical and mental wounds and her eerie abilities that allow her to see far more than he is comfortable with. Will the snow that traps them force Wade to see that his own special angel has come into his life?

Book Blurb for Snow Angels

The last thing Wade Masters wants on his month-long getaway to his sister’s wilderness cabin is company. A wounded warrior, Wade is looking for complete isolation to deal with the tragedy of his life and his screaming guilt.

But company he gets, in the form of Lyssa Salk, a spunky, diminutive massage therapist, who says she can talk to dead people.

Trapped together in the snowbound cabin with his dog and her cat, Wade and Lyssa have little else to do but help each other heal, spiritually, physically, and sexually.
