Jorgina Gerard and her best friend, Avery Bode, decide to go on vacation to Venice via Eros Airlines. While Avery is excited to be going on this erotic vacation, Jorgina, being an uptight person, is a nervous wreck. This is way out of her comfort zone, but since Avery is going then she’ll go too.
When they get to the airport, Avery has something else in mind for Jorgina. Her best friend changed her own ticket at the last minute and will be going on vacation by herself to Hollywood. Jorgina is beside herself now and is contemplating cancelling her vacation. But things start to change when Quint Mason, an old friend of her brother Keith and her high school crush, bumps right into her at the airport. They talk for a few minutes and then head their separate ways only to be surprised that they’re on the same flight heading to Venice.
Could this be karma for the both of them? What is Quint’s reasoning for also going on this trip alone?
Ms. Wilde penned yet another wonderful story that her readers could sink their teeth into. She’s a masterful storyteller and her plots are created to entertain any reader that picks up her book. I was thrilled that Jorgina and Quint found each other again and hoped that something would happen between them this time around as adults. This was definitely an enjoyable read that I would recommend for readers to pick up and lose themselves in for an hour or so!
