Forget Me Not is about a woman named Letitia Davies who was involved in a serious accident that almost killed her on the momentous day in history, September 11, 2001. A big chunk of concrete hit her in the head, which caused her to lose her memory and since that day, she began seeing ghosts. Her loving husband took care of her, trying to help her to regain all the memories she had lost, but nothing seemed to work. Unfortunately and unexpectedly, seven years later, her beloved husband died of cancer.
Deciding to travel to Napa, California, a place she always loved, she sets out to celebrate her birthday and decides on the direction her life should go now. But while she is there, strange things start happening to her and her ghostly visitors start making their appearances needing her assistance.
Can Letitia find the answers she’s looking for while away on her birthday vacation? If so, how do they impact her life now?
I enjoyed this story written by Ms. Scott. It had a unique twist on a paranormal storyline which I found refreshingly entertaining. I loved how the author linked the different occurrences together in the end and I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised with the ending of the story. If you are a paranormal fan, I suggest you pick this one up!
September 11, 2001 was a momentous day in history. It was also the day Letitia Davies lost her memory and began seeing ghosts. Despite the loving care of her husband, she never regained any memory of her past.
When he unexpectedly dies of cancer seven years later, Letitia travels back to Napa, California, to celebrate her birthday and plan out her future. There she encounters a sexy man who claims to be her real husband. Although her mind doesn’t remember him, her body does and his touch inflames passions she’d only dreamed of before.
In order to take her mind off her lust for the handsome stranger, Letitia investigates the death of a ghostly beauty. However, the series of clues she finds leads Letitia right back to her past and could either unlock her mind or destroy the only memories she has left.
