Airs of Night and Sea

Book Three

This is Book 3 in the Horsemistress series and I’m honestly heartbroken to see it end. The author is quite talented and very imaginative in creating such a beautifully vivid story as she has done within these pages.
I loved that the premise continued on of the winged horse academy where the horses can only be trained and flown by women. I felt bad for Duke William that he was so determined to find his own ‘male only’ flying school so that men would finally be able to fly these animals also. Unfortunate for all males in general, it was unheard of for them to be able to achieve such an endeavor.
I found myself enamored with all the horses’ beauty and skill throughout this series and I just didn’t want this series to end. I enjoyed the author creating the female characters to be strong willed and adventurous. This entire series was enjoyable from start to finish and I applaud Ms. Bishop’s development of such talented and majestic beasts along with their strong and well-trained female riders. This entire series is a must have for any fantasy and/or horse lover’s library.

Book Blurb for Airs of Night and Sea

Driven by insane jealousy, Duke William is determined to found his own flying school, where the valuable flying horses of Oc will learn to bond with well-born young men-instead of arrogant women. Now, Larkyn Hamley and her beloved Black Seraph must gather all of their allies from the air to the ground. For if they do not soar now, none will ever see the skies again.
