I’m so glad I was able to review this fifty macaroni and cheese recipe book. I was able to try two of the recipes so far and they were both fabulous! I’m eagerly looking forward to trying a few more in the next few weeks. I loved how Ms. Werlin set the book up to have both oven-cooked and stovetop recipes so there’s a bunch of recipes you can try if you have a preferred cooking method. The pictures included for some of the dishes were to die for! I also loved how the author included tips at the beginning of the book to help us out while cooking, along with doing an “add-on” section after certain recipes if you’re daring enough to want to enhance your dish ever more. I highly recommend this cookbook and will look into other books this author has written. Great job, Ms. Werlin!
