When new student Andy settles into his dorm in Darkridge Hall at Kransten Academy, he never thought that he would be facing odd things happening to him. While looking out his dorm window one night, he can’t believe his eyes. There looking up at him are menacing, dark shadowy figures. Soon he tells his roommate, Dave, and even their history professor, Mark Harris. The three want to get to the bottom of this mystery. They’ll do whatever it takes to find the answers to all the rumors if Darkridge Hall is haunted or not. Are they able to find the answers they’re looking for? Is Darkridge haunted after all?
I really enjoyed this story and loved how the author kept me wondering what was causing the dark shadowy figures to be lurking around this particular building. I found myself sitting on the edge of my seat hoping these three guys weren’t going to get hurt while they were poking around places in the building they shouldn’t have been in the first place. I love a good mystery and when I find one with paranormal elements written throughout the storyline, I just can’t pass it up. If you want to read an enjoyable story that will have you guessing right until the end, this is one you should definitely check out.
An evil lurks in the depths of Darkridge Hall, and Andy, a new student at Kransten Academy, is about to meet it face to face.
When threatening, shadowy figures appear outside his dorm room window, Andy decides to solve the mystery of just who or what they are. But those same shadows may be responsible for the strange deaths that have been occurring in the town of Bethlehem, Maine over the past several decades.
As Andy, his teacher Mark Harris and police chief Charles Buck struggle to put the pieces together, they soon realize that the answer may come too late for them to stop the malevolent power behind it all.
