In this seasonal children’s story, we find snowmen having fun by starting a snowball fight, they’re making funny faces for us to laugh at and they even count the starts at night. While the author tells what the snowmen are doing, children are learning how to count in a fun way.
I really thought this snowmen book was adorably illustrated and I felt that children will become so engrossed into what each group of snowmen are doing, they’ll never even realize they’re learning to count to 100. If you want to teach your child to count, reading this book will be the perfect tool to accomplish that goal. I have to admit, as an adult, I thought this book was a fun and entertaining one so no doubt your little ones will love it just as much. This book has been labeled by the publisher for ages 6-8 and grades 1-3.
1 + 1 = 2 snowmen. 3 + 4 = 7 snowmen. 5 + 6 = 11 snowmen. Finally, 100 snowmen! As you count and add, watch the snowmen enjoy a snowball fight, make funny faces, play hide-and-seek— and just plain have fun. And you’ll have fun, too!
