Deep, Dark, Delicious

“Deep, Dark, Delicious”, is a sexual culinary delight; the novel begins with a hot and sultry simmering tone then roars in to a raging bonfire of purely sexual ecstasy.

Suffering from a childhood trauma that has left her with an acute fear of abandonment, Eden Decarlo has worked long and hard to cultivate her career as a profession chef. In order to avoid financial ruin she enters Miami ’s Best Chef Competition. Secure in her superior culinary abilities, Eden is confident that she will win the $100,000.00 grand prize with little difficulty. During the competition, though extremely artistic and creative, Eden plays it safe in creating her entrees and the results take a very interesting twist.

I simple adored the talented, sexy and outrageously sassy character of Eden Decarlo. The character layers of sensuality and venerability were in perfect contrast to Rafe’s confidence and self-assuredness. Although she shied away for long-term relationships, I just loved how she asserted herself in her sexual foray with Rafe; living out her fantasies to the fullest.

Tall, dark and very intense, Rafe Zayas has clawed his way to the top of the heap as one of the world’s best chefs. This hot and steamy Latin chef knows what he wants and how to get it. While I at first found Rafe’s character to be a bit too confident in his sexuality, he turned out to be a master at seduction with an unwavering sense of family, honor and loyalty.

I just loved how the author introduced the two main characters of Eden and Rafe to the reader. It was so sexually charged that it really set the stage for many hot and steamy interludes between the two. As a reader I found myself enthralled with anticipation of what Rafe plans for Eden were.

Through extensive development the author presented a set of characters with depth and personality. As the layers of these personalities were strategically revealed in historical narrations, during some of the most intimate moments between Edna and Rafe, the author devised a clever way to further the progression of the story and provided the reader with a respite between sexual encounter.

This was an extremely well written exploration in carnal delights filled with intense passion, family love and devotion. I highly recommend it.

Book Blurb for Deep, Dark, Delicious

A wickedly sensual feast…

Eden DeCarlo may have narrowly lost Miami’s best chef competition and the prize money she desperately needs, but she has caught the eye of dangerously virile Rafael Zayas, one of the judges and a wealthy restaurateur. Despite her vow not to let any man derail her life, Eden’s captivated by Rafe’s imposing masculinity, then challenged by the business deal he offers. He’ll invest in her new venture if, for one month, she can satisfy his culinary expectations and the sexual attraction they both feel.

Dominant and unashamed, Rafe knows what he wants when it comes to carnal pleasure and will spare no seduction to have Eden in all the ways he demands—naked, wanting, submissive.

Within thirty days, he will teach her the delights of yielding to passion, relinquishing all control to him and fulfilling her deepest, darkest and most delicious desires.
