Liam's Bride

Clan Conroy Brides, #1

Emma Alisyn delivers a quick read that is hard to put down. The story is well written and moves quickly through the book while it builds on the story and characters. The characters are well developed and the storyline flows easily from one page to the next and the ending leaves Ms Alisyn the perfect build up for more books in this series. The pages sizzled with surprisingly hot loves scenes as the main characters become more drawn to one another. As the book develops it is easy for the reader to become engaged with the characters. Liam’s Bride is the first book in the Clan Conroy Bear Shifter series. I really enjoyed this story and look forward to reading more from this author and in this series.

Meredith is a teacher and helps local youth find a safe place to be while giving them the knowledge and ability to help themselves. When that stability is threatened she must find the courage to stand for herself and the youth. Liam is a well-known chef and the local bear alpha. He has been giving direction to find a human to mate with. Little did he realize that he would find someone that attracted him so quickly. As Liam and Meredith are drawn to each other there are many obstacles. Some might even be insurmountable as Meredith is hiding something from Liam that he may never forgive her for, if he were to find out.
