Wolf Quest

Brotherhood of Blood, #7

Wolf Quest is another fantastic book in this series. I loved every minute of this sexy, action packed tale.

I loved the characters in this story. Bianca D'Arc gave them a vibrancy that brought them to life in my mind. Major Jesse Moore was so hot. A sexy alpha male with an edge. The commander of a special elite team of shifter enforcers. Protectors of their kind in the battle to end the big bads that are hell bent on bringing back their mistress to wreak havoc on the world. Jesse is sent to check on his sister-in-law's long lost cousin. He bursts into the middle of a throw down with a few of the big bads. It seems that Maria is one bad ass female. She's also his mate. One thing leads to another, the danger is far from over, and they feel the need to make tracks. In the midst of all this they discover that Maria, who is a veterinarian, has unwittingly caged a young bear shifter. Coincidence? I think not. The drama thickens as they realize the key to stopping the evil storm that is building is to save the boy's parents from the bad guys. So they have to get the hell outta dodge and save the world. Oh yeah...they try to keep their hands off each other for a while. Not a chance. *Grin*. The sexual tension was off the charts. Lucky for me...this author knows how to write a steamy love scene. Scorching Hot! :) So we have our adventure part nailed down tight enough to keep me glued to my kindle.

The writing on this book was excellent. It was incredibly detailed which helped to pull me into the scenes. The story flowed perfectly, with everything coming together just right. Nothing felt left out or simply thrown in there for effect. The characters were wonderful. I loved them. The part I liked most was the connection between the characters. I really loved the appearance of Marco, the reclusive and enigmatic vamp. One can't help but see a big story up ahead for him. The plot was strong, very exciting with the adventure as well as the romance and hot sex scenes.

This was a solid read for me, and I highly recommend it to all. I can't wait for the next book in Brotherhood Of Blood series.

Book Blurb for Wolf Quest

Love and magic lie at the heart of this storm…as well as a whole lot of danger.

When Major Jesse Moore, brother to the Wyoming Pack Alpha, is sent to Iowa to check on his sister-in-law’s cousin, knocking politely isn’t an option. Sounds of a struggle send him storming into her kitchen—where he finds anything but a damsel in distress. The tiny human woman knows how to handle herself in a fight, and all Jesse’s senses shout she’s his mate.

Exotic-animal vet, Maria Garibaldi has never trusted the magic her aunt and grandmother claim is her birthright. She’s always known about the Others, but she had no idea she was also part of their world. When Maria sets out with Jesse to find the parents of a young grizzly shifter she found and treated, she learns the meaning of temptation in the form of the ex-Special Forces soldier.

As passion flares, the trail leads them toward the eye of a massive storm…where an unspeakable evil awaits the right moment to destroy the good in the magical world.

Warning: Things get explicit when a werewolf wants his mate and he doesn’t care where they are. Outdoors, indoors, wherever and whenever—never get between a wolf and his woman.
