This was a very cool coloring book!
This coloring book had a variety of images to color. I counted forty-eight pictures in all and on the back of each page was an interesting and informative meaning behind the image. I actually had fun just choosing which pictures to color first. Personally, I liked the ones with the animals best and ended up coloring the Gecko as my first masterpiece. I used my fine tipped markers combined with gel pens for a much bolder colored picture.
The pages were sturdy so I really didn't have much of a problem with any bleed through. However each page is perforated so that it wouldn't have been a problem to tear them out. The markers tended to smudge just a bit on the smaller details so I really do recommend using gel pens instead. Some of the flower designs were more complicated and harder to color so for those I used my colored pencils and kept them sharpened. Another cool thing to note is that the pages weren't double sided so you wouldn't lose a picture by tearing them out to share or just make it easier to color the whole page.
I was very happy with the quality of this coloring book. I really enjoyed the pages that I've colored so far and look forward to many more hours of entertainment spent coloring in this book.
