This is one awesome story! The book was fun and exciting to read. I was caught up in the truly original and fascinating storyline. I enjoyed all the romance, drama, action and suspense. There was never a dull moment to be had. I was eagerly hanging on trying to find out what would happen next. The sexual tension and chemistry between the couple was phenomenal. The steamy scenes were spicy. The story was great and the characters' dialogues were spot on. The pacing was done well and the setting was realistic. I could imagine Molly and Tristan’s first kiss and being in the town of Oak Hollow.

I give this book 4.5 stars! I finished Scorched super fast. You'll just have to read the novelette to find out what happens next, and the HEA. I highly recommend this author and was not disappointed.
