Jump into this cozy mystery if you like good plot lines and cats. I just finished reading "Buy a Whisker" and I really enjoyed it.
This isn’t the first in the “Second Chance Cat Mystery” series, but the second. But don’t let that worry you if you have not already started this series. The first book in the series was called "The Whole Cat and Caboodle".
Readers get a great cat in Elvis. He was rescued by Sarah Grayson and they solved their first murder in North Harbor Maine and are now relaxing. Sarah has been using her time to work in her second hand shop when a disagreement ensues over developing the waterfront. Sarah is asked her opinion. Almost all agree with Sarah that this would be a great thing. Lily Carter owns a bakery and she is the only one who says it is not a good idea. Voila, it looks like she was killed because she did not want the development. But, Sarah thinks that there might be another reason. Elvis and Sarah have to work fast to find the killer before someone else gets killed.
Don’t miss this great cozy mystery and detective pair. The plot is great and the characters steal the show.
