Paging Miss Galoway

Regency

Danielle Galloway had to get to Bath to nurse her ailing brother. While ladies couldn’t travel alone, no one would look askance at a young man traveling on his own. Unfortunately, Danielle (or Danny as she was traveling as) was jumped by two street urchins almost instantly and beaten and robbed.

Lord Edward Tremaine was traveling to Bath when his journey was interrupted by finding a young boy beaten and unconscious. When discovering the poor lad had no money and no way of getting to Bath, he offered to let Danny travel along as his page. Very quickly, Edward comes to realize that Danny is all that he seems.

Susanne Knight does a wonderful job of weaving a story of two mis-matched lovers who quickly have readers hoping for them to find their way to each other. This is a wonderful romp through Bath that leaves the reader eagerly turning pages to see what Danielle and Edward will do next. Unfortunately, this wonderful Regency romance ends too soon leaving us wanting more.
