From beginning to end author Beth Orsoff grabs you and locks you into this quirky tale of a woman who is trying to stay calm while trying to plan her wedding. From the distractions of a hunky southern gentleman to her best friend's constant hating of her fianc‚, it seems to take all that she has for the main character Allie to stay sane. I laughed through the whole book. I think the best part was the mother-in-law controlling everything! As a fellow engaged trying-to-plan-my-wedding woman, I sighed and became frustrated with Allie though each bump that she encountered. A light and quick read, I really enjoyed this book and am very much looking forward to her future books. I would recommend this hilarious novel to all brides and women alike. There is something in the book for everyone!

Book Blurb for Disengaged
