Kyra is very closed off and her main focus is finishing her current case so she can move on. When she gets a chance at the target she has to team up Quinn under the guise of being a married couple. During the investigation things in Kyra’s past come back to smack her in the face and she has to learn how to deal with it as well as Quinn.
Quinn could tell from the start that Kyra had trust issues and he enjoyed breaking through it. This investigation was a big deal for Kyra but it was also full of hurt and disappointment. I was glad Quinn was there for her when she needed it.
Tami Lund did a great job with the plot and the sexual tension between Kyra and Quinn was off the charts.
