Shadow Keeper

A Shadow Riders Novel, #3

I am fast becoming a huge fan of this series. With each book you go deeper in the world of the Ferraro’s and their legacy. The whole family is interesting and I really can't wait for Emmanuelle’s story and to find out more about Valentino.

"Shadow Keeper" focuses on Giovanni and Sasha. They get off to a rough start due to an incident in his club and a conversation she overheard him having with his brother’s. After that she wants nothing to do with him but he’s smitten and tries to win her over. Seeing Francesca, Maiko and the others in here was masing. I love that they didn't just disappear because they are a part of Giovanni's family and Christine does a good job portraying that without taking away from the main storyline.

Sasha is smart and fierce and shows an outside perspective on the situation with Emmanuelle and the rest of the family. I think she’s a good fit for Giovanni and she doesn't take any crap. When danger lurks they both will have to fight to stay alive and protect the family as well as each other.

At the end of "Shadow Keeper" you get a preview of the next book in that Carpathian series; Dark Sentinel. This will be coming out in September 2018.

Book Blurb for Shadow Keeper

The paparazzi can't get enough of infamous bad boy Giovanni Ferraro. But unknown to them--and the women he beds--he's just playing a role. Keeping the spotlight on himself keeps it off the family business. And if this lethal shadow rider can't hunt in the dark, he'll find his pleasure elsewhere...

Sasha Provis grew up on a Wyoming ranch and thought she knew how to protect herself from predators. But in the nightclub where she works, she's fair game--until one of the owners steps in to protect her. Giovanni is gorgeous. He's dangerous. And his every touch takes her breath away.
