It’s all in the characters.
Asher cracks me up with his hate for Brice. It’s really quite funny because they are quite the same. Asher can be a bad boy all he wants but he had to figure out the hard way that people aren’t going to wait around forever. His little bromance with Tank was cute too.
Jordan is a piece of work and I disliked her from the start. Finding out you have a child can change your world and with Asher it throws him for a loop. Hawk is a cutie and I love his grandmother for kicking her daughter in the butt and letting Asher get to know his son.
Gloria is a tough person who does what she wants. When Hawk becomes a part of Asher’s life she had to make some decisions and it worked out well for everyone. Dealing with Jordan was no picnic but she did it with style for as long as she could. You can only push someone so far before they snap.
I loved reading this book and was completely absorbed in the story. Return of the Bad Boy is a great read and I recommend it.
He's a mess...
Asher Knight has three constants in his life: music, beautiful women, and a bottle of Jack. He lives for the next gig, the next city, and dreams only of a life spent in front of an arena full of screaming fans. But Asher's nomad ways come to a sudden stop when he learns he's the father of a three-year-old from a past relationship and suddenly this rock star bad boy is forced to put down roots.
Only she can clean up
Gloria Shields is no one's fool. Sure, the sexual chemistry between her and Asher has always been intense, but she'd never risk giving her heart to a man who has a perfect record for breaking them. Except the man desperate to make things right with his newfound son is nothing like the rock god she's guarded her heart against for years. And it isn't long before she starts to wonder if life with this bad boy might be the best thing that's ever happened to her.
