Wolf's Claim

Stratton Wolves, #2

I'll take young and sexy anytime. This second story in the series had an implied taboo theme as the hero was younger than the heroine. I look at it as a better sexual match. Kristen is a friend of Kelli, from book one, so we get an update on her and Max.

Kyle is the knight on a white charger who comes to Kristen's rescue and pretty much doesn't let go. This was a sexy romp that moved fast, gave some background on both main characters as well as paved the way a little for the next book.

Love doesn't have any limits, and Kyle is totally into Kristen. There's the possibility for a little ick factor since he crushed on her as a teenager, but I didn't feel that at all. Kristen struggles a little against her growing feelings, being in the spotlight forces her to keep a lot hidden, but she just can't fight what Kyle brings out in her. There was the usual misunderstanding that brought everything to a head, interference from a third party, but a solid HEA that I really enjoyed.

Book Blurb for Wolf's Claim

Breaking down on the side of the road in the ass-end of nowhere sucks. Getting rescued by a sexy werewolf? Result!

Screen siren Kristen Mann is on a hiatus. A chance to unwind and recharge away from the stresses of Hollywood. Only sleepy little Stratton isn't quite as boring as she'd thought, not with a hot mechanic who just happens to be a wolf determined to help her 'relax'.

Kyle has seen every film Kristen has ever made, so when she falls into his lap he can't believe his luck. So what if she's older than he is? Age is just a number, and there are a few digits he'd like to introduce her to...

When Hollywood comes calling, in the shape of a slick agent and a rabid pack of reporters, can Kyle convince Kristen that he's the wolf for her?
