Traz is a killer, and has been since he was young. His first kill was defending his sister from a predator intent on sexually molesting her and he paid the price by spending years in prison for it. He escaped the prison and his unfair sentence and is now a force unto himself. When his sister is taken by a Balazoid Assassin nothing will stop him from retrieving her. Not even his destiny.
Falyn has been like a bird in a gilded cage all her life. How she has managed to stay sweet and capable of love totally escapes me. She is a future-bender and is a commodity the Federation doesn’t want to lose. But she’s a bargaining chip to Traz as well as destined to be his. Will he see the truth before it’s too late?
Traz was a hard case and the author’s description was pretty unattractive. Scars, mismatched eyes and an attitude. What’s to love? To Falyn everything. She’s prepared herself for years with her droid John, fashioned to look like Traz and act like him as well. What Falyn didn’t account for was the change she herself would make in Traz. With tidbits dangling to make me rabid to read the next story, this was full of steamy sex that was a little on the rough side, often including their android John as an enhancement, and that is the way both Traz and Falyn liked it.
Prison escapee Traz captures Falyn, the most foolishly trusting and overtly sexual female he has ever met. The exotic future-bender isn’t destined for him. She’s to take his beloved sister’s place, becoming a merciless assassin’s sexual slave.
Traz restrains Falyn, binding her wrists to the merc ship’s walls. When she convinces him to strip her and take his pleasure from her willing body, Traz indulges again and again, fervently trying to sate himself before they reach the rendezvous point.
Falyn escaped her luxurious prison with her companion android, only to be taken prisoner by Traz, the man she is destined to love. The scarred criminal gives her the pain she needs and the passion she desires, using her android to make all but one of her secret dreams come true—the dream of being loved forever.
