Liv was off limits.  Why?  She was three years younger than him, and lived in his home after her parents were killed.  His attraction caused a rift between him and his Dad, and he left before his attraction to Liv became too much to resist.

Liv always seems to be left behind.  When Rem left, he took her heart with him.  Now that he’s back, he seems to think he can just make proclamations and she will fall in line with his plans.  As if!

The pre-story behind Rem and Liv’s reuinion made it possible to jump right into the good stuff.  And Rem and Liv did a lot of jumping!  Hot and steamy, with a touch of BDSM, the story was mostly about them finding a balance in their relationship.  Both Rem and Liv knew that they wanted to be with the other, but even though they had chemistry and history they needed to establish a mature relationship based on who they are today, not ten years ago.  A quick and satisfying read.

Book Blurb for Spitfire

Rem Bradley has loved Liv Carter forever. After his father’s sudden death, Rem comes home for good—ready to reclaim his family’s ranch and his woman. Problem is, the spitfire he finds brawling in the roughest bar in town is not the girl he left behind. Liv recognizes trouble when she sees it, but she’d be a fool to resist Rem’s seductive demands. Starting in the barn where they’d left off years ago, they use every available body part, plus a toy or two, to bring each other maximum pleasure. To make up for past mistakes, Rem will have to do a hell of a lot more than just satisfy her body—but that’s a damn good start.
