Claiming Their Lady

Smut-Shorties, #14

They’re back! There were a few shorts featuring other characters between the introduction of the Langdon wolves Darrick and Verne and it was driving me nuts. This whole collection has been awesome with one drawback; you have to wait between installments. They all stand alone but leave me all breathless for the next.

Darrick and Verne should be absolutely insane by now since they’ve been living a half-life trapped on the land that belongs to their pack. But hope has kept them alive and when Nat showed up, that hope sprang with a vengeance. Among other things. I really liked the men’s attitude and willingness to let Nat choose rather than steamrollering her. And it pays off.

Very hot and steamy, of course, but also with a purpose. These three make me want to believe in love at first sight and happily ever after. There is a lot of action in addition to the steamy kind, including a long time coming reckoning with the witch who cursed Nat’s men. Nat shows concern for her own mental health but goes with it since it all feels like it’s meant to be. And being in a wolf sandwich sounds tasty indeed. Highly recommended.
