B785 was a brat before she became cyborg and is still one after. When she finds her circumstances and surroundings changed she goes for it. And that includes pursuing her savior Einstein. He’s a virgin and a genius and he’s all hers. But her doubts about her worthiness cause problems, as well as a pursuing government intent on burying it’s dirty secret. I really enjoyed the snarkiness that B785, or Bonnie, displayed. She may be annoying but she makes those around her feel alive. Einstein especially. He always thought love was a myth, a hormonal imbalance. Now he thinks differently.
She wakes up to a whole new her, and unlike those like her she knows she’s lost herself. Accident victim turned cyborg, B785 lives for her sister. The programming the government gave her makes her immune to their mind control. Can anyone say irony? She survives all they put her through but refuses to submit, until they tell her that her sister is gone. She chooses to shut down, and in frustration the government puts her in a box. That’s where she is found and as luck would have it she’s found by other cyborgs. Who know her sister. Life begins again, but this time she has more to live for that just her sister. She has love. Book 3 in a series that is wholly entertaining with more to come.
When cyborg intelligence meets sensual robotics, circuit boards sizzle.
Einstein was probably the only cyborg in existence with no interest in the opposite sex, until he discovered B785. With her sensual nature and quirky sense of humor, she draws this cybernetic geek out of his scientific shell and teaches him the one thing he’s never understood – passion.
Tired of being a slave to the military, Bonnie went to sleep one day with the intention of never waking up, but she didn’t count on a cybernetic prince charming bringing her back to life. Coming to terms with her past isn’t easy, but harder still is the realization that even a bionic princess can fall in love.
However, all fairy tales have a villain, and despite the fact the military wrote them both off as a loss, they soon discover they’ll need to fight to have their happily ever after.
