Bound by Tinsel

A Red Garters, Snow and Mistletoe tale...

Bound by Tinsel by Melinda Barron is a short novella that just oozes sexuality. I was captivated by the opening scene and knew right then that I would not be putting this book down until I had finished it. I was right!

Burke simply took my breath away. He is a young, handsome, and very successful man. He could have any number of beautiful ladies on his arm. Yet, he is just looking for someone to love and want him for him. Ms. Barron did an exceptional job of bringing Burke to life in my head. I could see him, hear him, and yes, feel him. Simply delicious!

Fallon, aka Serendipity, is a sweet, successful woman with a somewhat low self-esteem. She is not the perfect size eight and she knows it. That doesn't stop her from being a beautiful woman, and Burke was just the man to show her how truly desirable she is.

Melinda Barron did her job as an erotic writer perfectly. She crafted very real, likeable characters, and brought them together in the most explosive and naughty ways. This is my second Melinda Barron book, and I can only say that I am quickly becoming a fan and I will definitely be reading more work from this talented author.

BBW court reporter Fallon Nichols supplements her income by working as a phone sex artist. When she gets a phone call from three guys looking to play a joke on a friend of theirs, she gladly auditions, letting the dominant "Mr. X" run the show and doing exactly as he asks. It turns out to be an exhilarating experience, one that she's eager to repeat.

San Diego attorney Burke Gordon is shocked by the attraction he feels for Serendipity, after all he's only heard her voice and doesn't know what she looks like. But that doesn't matter to him. She's awakened something inside him that has to be fed, and she's the only woman he wants on the menu.

When Burke discovers Serendipity's real identity he's thrilled. Fallon, however, thinks Burke is way above her station in life, and it takes a little thing like tinsel to convince her that they belong together. Forever.
