So Much Better

Keri has been in love with her boss for years, even while he was engaged to be married to his fianc‚e Kristy. Then Kristy was killed in an auto accident and Richie was devastated. Nine months later, and though several predatory females have tried to move in on Richie, he's not over Kristy.

Keri carries on being the always indispensible personal assistant, and hopes that someday soon Ritchie will notice that on top of being well organized, his perfect woman is right under his nose. When Ritchie's younger brother Tate joins the office, it sparks a revelation to Ritchie, as his irritation grows at witnessing his brother's flirting with Keri. Suddenly he is unable to deny that he's noticed that Keri is not only an attractive woman but one who is beautiful inside and out.

Is Ritchie really ready to move on or is he going to break Keri's heart?

I enjoyed this romance. It was nice to see a romance where the hero was grieving over a woman who didn't have to be revealed as a cheater, a harridan or have some other flaw just so that the heroine more than measures up. This is a sweet if somewhat predictable romance.
