Lily's Cowboys

Heaven Sent Book 1

Sometimes life doesn’t end after death. For Lily death is only the beginning of a life full of helping people and wanting only one thing; true love. Each time she is reborn she helps families and this time she might have just met the men that could change her life and give her something to live for. The Cunnings’ men are difficult and keep going through housekeepers but they seem to have met their match with Lily. But when an evil man sets his sight on Lily, will the Cunnings’ men be able to save her in time? Will Lily’s love for the three men last?

Personal Thoughts:

For me, this book was an emotional rollercoaster, but in such a good way. I think I cried and laughed several times and at the end I was sorry that it was over. The characters were so well written that I felt like I knew each person inside and out. The writing and description pulled me in until I was unable to put it down. At first I was a little skeptical about the idea of time travel and the idea that Lily is “reborn,” coming back to give support and happiness to different families over the years but the beginning description and story line really give the motivation for Lily and the way her life has turned out. And when she meets the Cunnings’ men, I can’t even describe how happy I was for her. The conflict came from a man who finds out what Lily is and you understand his motivation and the way he works within the storyline. The flow and pacing are actually really good; nothing is too slow or too fast. Nothing really creeps up on the reader and everything pans out with a good pace. Nothing is left out. The ending is probably one of the sweetest I’ve ever read and extremely satisfying. I highly recommend this all readers and urge you to go and check out this writers other books!

Book Blurb for Lily's Cowboys

Sometimes life begins after you die. A least it has for Lily O’Donnell. Lily O’Donnell had always wanted to find a love as beautiful as her parents had. When her father suspiciously dies in an accident and her mother is brutally raped and murdered Lily has to fight for her life. When she is trapped by the man who murdered both her parents and threatens to do to her what he did to her mother Lily feels she has only one choice to avoid a fate worse than death.

Reborn to help others, Lily reappears time after time to help families in need only to die again once the families no longer need her. Things change when Maggie Cunnings finally has enough of her three nephews’ attitudes. Wanting to go home to sunny Florida and leave the frigid winters of Wyoming behind, Maggie prays for a little help in teaching the Cunnings’ brothers how to live and love again. The Cunnings’ men aren’t the easiest to get along with. They’ve gone through six housekeepers in as many months. When Maggie hires Lily to be their new housekeeper sparks fly as the brothers and Lily learn that living and loving sometimes comes with no guarantees.

When a madman targets Lily believing she has the knowledge to make him an immortal the men have to come together as a family to help save the woman they love. Will they be able to save her and make her theirs or will she once again be taken away?

Warning: Three hot cowboys meet one angel that might be too hot to handle.
