In this book Lacy and Carol return to Salem to testify against the four youths that tormented them and tried to offer them as a sacrifice. Lacy cannot forget about the wooden cross that her and Carol were tied to. Along for the ride this time is Ryan Lacy's new boyfriend. All seems to be well in Salem until they learn that the court hearing has been postponed and they will have to return at a later date. As they decide to stay the night Lacy is worried about a repeat occurrence like last time as the four teens are all out on bond.
This book has all of the makings of turning into a great novel. I wish it would have been a little longer. I was very much surprised the gift this author has of being able to fit so much information into a few pages and the information not getting crowded. Lacy is the kind of strong person that I would like to have as a friend. Keep up the great work.
Lacy dreads traveling to the small town of Salem to testify against the four evil youths of her past. In the back of her mind is the picture of the wooden cross she and her friend were tied to when they last visited Salem. Will there be a repeat performance from the four devil worshipers or will the justice system finally find a way to punish them?
