Midsummer Moon

Merlin, a female, is an inventor in the 1800s that lives with two handymen in a house inventing things. Along comes Duke Ransom Falconer who wants to take Merlin to his house since she has invented something fantastic…a speaking box that allows people in different areas to talk to each other. But Merlin wants nothing to do with the speaking box. It has been built. She is all ready onto a new invention-airplane. Instead of letting her say no, Ransom kidnaps Merlin and takes her home to his house. Well, Merlin decides to work on the plane and the speaking box. Ransom is afraid of heights and any talking about airplanes makes him fearful for Merlin’s life. Can these two agree to work together and keep their hands off each other?
I would pick this one up. You have two intelligent characters who know what they want and are willing to fight for it. Also the relationship between Merlin and Ransom should not be missed by anyone.
