I'll admit that it was the title that caught my eye with this book. Once I read the title I had to give it a try, and I'm glad I did. This book is a fun, quirky, and sometimes hilarious story. I consider this a short story or what people might call a novella. It was quick read and that worked in this book's favor.
The story isn't the most original thing, but what really stood out was the author's writing style. It really allowed me the chance to get in the heroine's state of mind. I don't run into this author's kind of writing style often so it made things all the more interesting. I did think the heroine was a bit inconsistant at points, but that didn't keep me from liking her.
I recommend this book to anyone that was to try a book that goes against the norm.
