The second book of the Kindred Brides was just as good as the first. The continuation of this series is seamless. All the characters that we were introduced to in the first novel keep the story going. None of them take a back seat and they bring an integral part to the continuing story. This was the end of Sophia's story, but the beginning of Kat's story.
