Dreamer

Chosen by the Gods, #2

The second installment of the Chosen by the Gods series did not disappoint. I absolutely loved this book. It was just as good as the first one with a little more spice. I definitely liked that improvement.

Shan has no idea who her birth parents are, she has been raised by two high priests to the gods and goddesses. This is a story of discovery for Shan. She discovers that she is chosen to be either a god or goddesses’ hand on earth. She also has to discover her hidden sensuality. She has been hooking up with the wrong sort of guy for as long as she can remember. She needs to overcome her fear of being a submissive, in a dominant/submissive relationship.

Shan starts her journey by going to an underground club, where she meets up with a masked man who gets her juices flowing, in every way. Before she can figure out what to do, all hell breaks loose literally. She is thrown in the middle of a battle between creation and destruction. Little does she know that she is the one they are searching for.

Same thing happens at the market place the next day where she comes face to face with Devon, one of the temple guards. However, the gods and goddesses have a plan for Shan and Devon that makes for exciting reading. I couldn't put it down. You will find this a very exciting story in every sense of the word. Pick this up and you will not be disappointed.
