The Order of Chaos

Yikes! The Order of Chaos is one of those magnificent books that you just devour from beginning to end. Lots of mystery, drama, romance and supernatural devilment kept me glued to the pages.

I loved Leah. She's so hard core. Sort of like Buffy and Xena rolled into one. I want to grow up and be her (grin). I have to admit, I hated Joaquin in the beginning. He was a jerk for abandoning Leah the first time around. For me she could do so much better. I don't hate him as much now but I'm definitely an Ian fan (pant pant). Yes he's sort of a jerk too, but he's the lesser of the two evils. Both are exotic and delectable. Leah's caught in quite the predicament between the fellas and the vampires trying to destroy her town.

I was on the edge of my seat.I couldn't wait to find out how the story would end. The Order of Chaos is definitely a book I'm going to be recommending to everyone who loves paranormal thrillers/romances. Without a doubt an amazing series and I can't wait to read more very soon!

Book Blurb for The Order of Chaos

One man possessed her heart. The other possessed her soul.

Both had betrayed her.

Leah Wolfe, a federal agent for SINS, Supernatural Investigations of Non-Human Species, is determined to move on with her life and master her own gifts, including the ability to speak to the souls of the dead. Her ex-fiancé, Joaquín Wildhorse, was unable to accept her gifts and gave himself to another. Ian Nightwalker was more than willing to soothe her broken heart and use her abilities to seek vengeance on his enemies.

With a prominent member of The Marquis, the vampire ruling council, intent on coming to Leah’s hometown, the threat of Chaos touching everyone she loves brings her down a path that leads to Joaquín Wildhorse and Ian Nightwalker once again.

Is Leah willing to risk her heart again to save the small desert town she loves?
