The Digest Diet Cookbook - Inside The Cookbook
The Digest Diet Cookbook is a three week or twenty-one day, diet. I think that's important to mention from the beginning because I didn't realize it until almost the completion of the book. I know the word 'diet' is in the title, but I thought it was a recipe book to accompany those following a certain diet. Regardless, it is much more than I initially thought.
The three week journey is fully explained, once you know what you're looking for. What foods to eat what days is explicitly written, as I said once you are on the right section. Flipping back and forth, trying to find out what to eat on what day or week was a bit confusing. I wish the important aspects of the diet could have been laid out in the beginning as an outline and then the recipes and accolades could have followed. Others may find this format easier to follow than I did. The information contained in this book is valuable to dieters and non-dieters alike. I encourage readers to give this diet cookbook a chance to improve your health and everyday eating.
