Current Release: Bad Mouth

Describe your current release in two sentences?

A divided vampire society struggles to coexist alongside humanity. Two unwilling beings, one vampire and one human, learn to shed their pasts to find love in the midst of impending war.

What are you working on?

I'm currently starting the third book in the Immortalis series since the sequel to Bad Mouth is already with my fantastic editor at Entangled Covet and then I'll be on to edits on a scifi romance trilogy.

Is there an author or book that has greatly influenced your writing?

I don't know that I could peg one or even a handful, but I can say that after a thirteen year hiatus from both reading and writing, Gena Showalter and Kresley Cole ripped the dam wide open on my reading habits while I was on deployment, and now I tend to devour series like a Halloween candy-haul, lol. I read the Fever series in five days!

As a reader: Do you gravitate toward buying eBook or Print?

I tend to buy eBook because of the convenience, but often prefer print when I'm reading at home, curled up with a fuzzy blanket--you know the kind! Plus I have a huge, monster collection of author-signed books. Yes, I'm a book hoarder, and I would try to save them in a fire.

Who is your coolest character?

I'd love to say Kade or Val, and though they're much loved by reviewers, the coolest in reader popularity is Ezra, the character I based off my real-life meeting with Alex Skarsgard.

Thanks so much for having me on NOR! I hang out a lot on Facebook and Twitter and you can find me on Goodreads so don't be shy about friending me. If you like a lil hawtness, check out my Pinterest boards, too. The second book in the Immortalis series, tentatively titled Bad Cop, should be out by the end of the year so you won't have to wait long!
