Current Release: Keeping Mr. Right Now

What's your book about?

Keeping Mr. Right Now is about Zane Hollander, a pro surfer with a bad boy image trying to change his reputation. When he meets sweet, respectable Sophie Birch, she's just the person he needs to help his bad rap. But as often happens with polar opposites, they attract each other like crazy and pretty soon what started out as simple and just for show, turns into something much more real than either saw coming.

What should readers expect from you titles?

Readers can expect a sweet, sexy story with characters that face the same hurdles we all do and who ultimately want to find that one person to love and who will love them back.

What's next for you as an author?

Next up is another novella in my Take A Risk series - coming out in January. And then the next book in my Kisses in the Sand series. I'm really excited about both!

What is your favorite way to procrastinate?

I have two favorite ways to procrastinate! The first is reading. I so wish I had more time to read so I love to put off doing things on my To-Do list for a good story that makes me forget all about my list. (See how good that works? LOL) The second way is watching TV. I have lots of favorite shows that I DVR while I'm writing. :)

Getting a book to market often takes a village. Who has helped you on the way?

My writer pals have been so incredibly supportive. I never imagined making such special friendships when I started writing. My editors and publishing house support teams have also been incredible and so generous with their time and help. And last, but certainly not least, I wouldn't be here without the love and encouragement from my family.

Do you feel music has inspired your writing?

Yes, music has definitely inspired me. It's funny, though, while I'm writing I need it totally quiet. But before I sit down to write, I'll often listen to music to get in the mood, or I'll run on the treadmill with my iPod and get motivated to not only run faster, but write a certain scene.

Are you an introvert or extrovert?

I'm an introvert, however, once I get to know you, I will really come out of my shell. :)

Wrapping Up:

Thanks so much, NOR! It's so great to be here, and I hope readers got to know me a little better. Huge thanks to everyone who has read my books! Your support means the world to me. Hugs and happy reading!
