Current Release: Poster Boy
Describe your current release by starting out with "In a world".
In a world where the last of the staunchly heterosexual guys are frat boys, Theta Alpha Gamma welcomes the gay ones. Most recently, they've welcomed Gavin ""Jock"" Gervaise, outed hockey player and little brother of TAG member, Tank.
Jock's outing changed everything—he got kicked off his team, left his school, transferred to a new college and joined his big bro's frat. Now that he's out, he's looking forward to getting a few of the things he'd been missing in the closet. Like lots of sex.
Toby has watched his friends hook up with frat boys for the last couple years, but never thought he'd do more than sleep with some, like that totally hot new kid, Jock. But things go awry when Toby realizes he wants more than just one night with the hockey player. One night is all Toby gets, though, at least until he agrees to chaperone a TAG trip to France.
Between seeing each other every day and a bunch of meddling frat brothers, it isn't long before Toby and Jock have another night together. And then some more. But will Jock ever give Toby what he really wants—a relationship?
What are you working on?
Right now I'm finishing up the next in the Romancelandia series, "Billionaire with Benefits." It's about a guy named Dalton with a "past" and another one named Tierney, who's got a hell of a messed up present. It's a little more serious than my other books, but it has it's silly moments, that's for sure.
Getting a book to market often takes a village. Who has helped you on the way?
Riptide Publishing has been immensely helpful, specifically Rachel Haimowitz and Sarah Frantz. My local RWA chapter, Rose City Romance Writers, has been really supportive. The feedback I get from my beta readers in invaluable, and every book is better because of their input. And of course, there's my family, who leaves me alone when I need it. ;-)
Do you have a favorite or interesting reader meet moment?
I think my favorite moment is when I went to my first GayRomLit and someone actually *squealed* when I told them who I was. There was jumping up and down, clapping, hugs. It was fantastic but kind of squirm-making at the same time. I've never been sure I really deserved it.
What is your favorite way to procrastinate?
I wish it was something interesting, but it's not—like most of the rest of the world, I procrastinate on social media. Usually Facebook.
Bye for now! And for everyone who's followed the Theta Alpha Gamma series, I'm sorry to end it, but I promise I'll keep writing similar stories.
Thank you so much for the reader love.
