Current Release: Pretending With the Playboy

What's your book about?

When commitment-phobic playboy Carter Richardson learns his aunt is terminally ill, he rushes to her bedside. Desperate to ease her mind, Carter panics and blurts out that he's engaged to his aunt's enticing protegée, Lauren Olsen. Against her better judgment, Lauren agrees to keep up appearances—until Carter makes their “engagement” public. Now Lauren's torn between obeying her conscience, and obeying her desire. Worse still, she seems to be falling for the man beneath the playboy...

What should readers expect from you titles?

Sexy, contemporary reads where a smart heroine and a strong hero work toward their happily ever after.

Which authors do you follow religiously?

Without thought or hesitation, its Nalini Singh. I'm a huge fan. Love both of her series, though her Psy/Changling is my favorite. I've even gone back to look for her category romances.

What is your favorite way to procrastinate?

TV and/or movies. When I don't want to write, I just shut my computer, curl up on my couch and watch TV. If I have any hope of writing that day, I'll watch a TV show. But if I've given up, its a Jane Austen or Twilight movie marathon. At least, until the kids come home. LOL

What's a writing day like for you?

On a productive day, I get up early to run then get my kids off to school and my hubby off to work. Then I head to write with my writing group. We write for several hours until its time for my kids to get off the bus. I rarely write at night, unless I have a deadline. By 9 pm, I'm beat. LOL

What is your favorite or most fun place to shop online?

YouTube! LOL I know you technically can't buy on YouTube, but I love watching hair and beauty videos and when I see a product I like, I head straight to Amazon. YouTube is like my window shopping. :-)

Wrapping Up:

Thank you so much for having me!
