Interview

Hi Michele! Thanks for stopping over and chatting with us. Please share something about "Never Kiss a Highlander".

Twelve years ago elite McTiernay guardsman Hamish MacBrieve needed a clean start and was accepted and treated as family with the McTiernays. But when his brother, laird of Foinaven Castle, forces Hamish’s hand to get his help, Hamish returns home with the goal of completely cutting ties with his birth clan. However, he discovers that Foinaven's painful memories have been replaced by a most distracting as well as vexing woman. When Mairead MacMhathain learns that the eldest MacBrieve is finally returning home, she imagines he'll bring salvation in the form of the powerful McTiernay army. Instead, the hulking man she idolized as a girl, Hamish arrives alone, unfazed by the imminent danger, acting as if all can be solved with his overabundance of infuriating charm. Danger is swirling around them and they need to learn to work together, but it’s hard when one is tempted, taunted and tantalizingly seduced...

Dr. Pepper!

What is your writing place like?

Where I can prop my feet up - or a beautiful setting outside

What's next for you as an author?

Writing, writing, and writing - have tons of story ideas, just not enough time.

Who do you write for?

I write for the reader the reader who wants to laugh and get absorbed in characters, not complex vocabulary and brogue. I write for those who want to know about these characters long after they get together and into future stories. To you, who love to not just read, but reread my books - THANK YOU from the bottom of my soul. To be able to share my stories is the greatest treasure an author can have.
