Hi Katee. It's awesome to have you here. First off, what's you latest book!

The Wedding Pact

Essentially it’s “The Godfather” meets “Romeo and Juliet.” The O’Malleys are one of three seriously powerful Boston crime families. As the eldest daughter, Carrigan knows her duty is to marry to secure an alliance to help build the empire. Her dad has given her a list of eligible, acceptable men. But after one night (actually, not even a night—more like a quickie in a nightclub closet), she’s ruined for anyone but that hard-bodied, whiskey-voiced stranger. A man she soon finds out is James Halloran, the head of her family’s biggest rival.

What should readers expect from your titles?

Lots of action and lots of heat!

What is your favorite or most fun place to shop online?

Well, Etsy is certainly a rabbit hole I can easily get lost in. But I also adore Fluevogs shoes (https://www.fluevog.com). They’re funky, whimsical, and—most important--insanely comfortable.

What is your favorite way to procrastinate?

It’s not procrastinating if it actually helps get your job done, right? I confess to being a total planner nerd and spending way too much time obsessing over colored pens, washi tape, and stickers. As a mom of three kids and writing for three different publishers, there’s no way I could keep track of all the family stuff plus all the work deadlines without my planners. So I figure why not make sure they’re cute. Hence the Etsy addiction noted above.

Do you feel music has inspired your writing?

Most definitely. Each book has either a playlist or a Pandora station. Flogging Molly and Tove Lo and Ed Sheeran are the main three on THE WEDDING PACT.

Which authors do you follow religiously?

Anne Bishop’s Black Jewels trilogy is one of my favorite series of all time. I try to re-read it at least once a year. So freaking good! I also love Jacqueline Carey, Kresley Cole, Tiffany Reisz, Ilona Andrews, Ann Aguirre, and Rin Chupeco’s YA.

What's next for you as an author?

The first book in the Foolproof Love series will be out in June, and then the next of the O’Malleys series, AN INDECENT PROPOSAL, features Cillian and will be out at the end of August. On the writing side, I’m working on a suspense series and then spinning around some ideas for a new series to follow the O’Malleys.

Thanks for coming Katee. It's always a pleasure to meet up with you.

A huge thanks to everyone who’s read and helped spread the love for the O’Malleys series. If you’re a fan and want even more prizes and exclusive content, consider joining The Rabble on my Facebook page. We have a ridiculous amount of fun.
