I am a designer and illustrator, living and working in Westchester County, just north of New York City. I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the State University of New York at Oswego. I then followed my heart to NYC where I am living out my life-long dream of being an artist.
I have over 24 years of experience as a designer and illustrator. I continue the rewarding journey of creating unique designs and illustrations for children and adults. I specialize in dimensional clay artwork.
To make my illustrations, I start out with a sketch for each piece. Various colors of clay are mixed to give the piece the right hue; the clay is then cut out, shaped, and baked. The finished artwork is then photographed digitally. I then add backgrounds and other digital enhancements in photoshop and deliver the final artwork digitally to my clients. My clay artwork has a unique look because of my mixed media approach to creating it.
