Dr. Louis Koster is a distinguished humanitarian who served for over ten years as a medical doctor for Doctors Without Borders. He worked in the war zones of Bosnia, the Sudan, Angola, Liberia and with Afghan refugees in Pakistan, and Cuban refugees in Guantanamo Bay.
