Calisa Rhose writes in Oklahoma, USA where she lives with her hero of 28 years and her three grown daughters and five granddaughters. She loves her horse and has three spoiled dogs and one cat between her and hero husband.
It all began when she discovered daydraming about meeting the Bay City Rollers- that Scottish rock group who came like the second invasion from Europe in the mid 70's. (and Billy Ray thought he cornered the mullet market with Achy Breaky Heart!) She decided to write those daydreams down and has never stopped. Now those cute rockers are replaced with cowboys, firemen or whoever strikes her fancy.
She writes contemporary and vintage historical. She enjoys writing about cowboys more than anything but will throw a fireman in for fun. She's also on Goodreads and Authordb.com She loves getting mail so you can fill her inbox at firstname.lastname@example.org

Sam Callahan's only solace from the war nightmares wrecking his life comes in the unlikely form of a gypsy girl with stigmas of her own. He's known Poppy his entire life, but there's something different about her now. Something special he desperately wants to hold on to.
