Proud to Serve Her

Always a Marine – Book Five / Night Stand Series

A hot Marine, good food, sexy lady and a date arranged by Madame Eve ensures that this story is perfect. Even a little mistaken identity doesn’t stop the attraction from flaring up as Damon works hard at impressing Helena. The desire and want comes across the page letting you know that these two should be together. I adored this addition to the 1 Night Stand series and to Heather Long’s Always a Marine series. You don’t have to read any other story to thoroughly enjoy this one but you’ll fall in love with Ms Long’s Marines and Madame Eve’s matchmaking skills.

Helena has been waiting a year for Madame Eve to find her a date and the day that it falls on happens to be Helena’s birthday. The date is at a new restaurant, at it’s opening night. Damon is the owner of the restaurant and he served with the Marines. This is a big night for him plus his date with 1 Night Stand is showing up. Determined to do his best at both the opening and the date, Damon is mistaken for being a server. He’s willing to play along in that role for a while but he’s also ready to give Helena a night she’ll never forget and the delicious food he’s serving is just the appetizer!
