More Than A Stud

Cougar Club

Cutting loose her going nowhere lover, Carina has decided on artificial insemination. Her clock is ticking so loud she can barely hear herself think, and being a modern woman she doesn't need a man or a messy relationship to be a mother. Why then is she thinking of Evan, her partner and employee at her corporate security firm? He's younger than her and wouldn't be interested anyway. But a girl can dream.

Evan has had it bad for Carina since before he went to work for her, but she's always been out of reach. Now she's not, and he's reaching with both hands and has no intention of letter her slip through his fingers. If she wants a baby, he'll help her get her one. And if she'll take him in the bargain as well, then his life will be perfect. All he has to do is convince her that he is capable of being her everything, and not just a stud.

Yum. Evan sounded delicious and too good to be true, but he wasn't. Carina had a hard time reconciling her sudden awareness of Evan as an option for her future with his determination to be one. He's been planning and fantasizing for awhile. She's just allowed herself the freedom that night. The next few hours are a whirlwind of discovery for Carina, and a sexual frenzy with all kinds of kink and taboos for the reader. While it was quick and one has to question that, it was also romantic and exciting, and as a woman close to Carina's age, it was a great read. Who wouldn't like a man that much younger (and smoking hot) to be interested in her? Great read with plenty of fodder for daydreams.
