Amazon's Montlake (Romance)
Carina Press (Adult Commercial Fiction)
Carina Press will consider most genres of adult commercial fiction (we do not publish inspirational, women’s fiction, family sagas or literary fiction). If your manuscript is 15,000 words or longer and is a commercial adult fiction story (that is not inspirational fiction, women’s fiction, family saga or literary fiction) we will consider it! We will not look at manuscripts under 15,000 words, nor will we consider YA, children’s books or non-fiction.
We publish a majority of romance but are also very interested in and publish science fiction, fantasy, mystery, thrillers, and niches such as steampunk, male/male, time travel, westerns, futuristics and unusual historicals. If you have something new and fresh in a genre we acquire, we would be happy to read your story!
Crimson Romance (Variety of Romance)
If you've written a full-length novel, Crimson Romance wants to consider it for publication! We're looking for smart, satisfying romances in these popular subgenres: contemporary, historical, paranormal, romantic suspense, and spicy romance. Decadent Publishing is open for general submissions in all sub-genres of romance and erotic romance.

Dreamspinner Press (Gay)
Dreamspinner Press seeks gay male romance stories in all genres. While works do not need to be graphic, they must contain a primary or strong secondary romance plotline and focus on the interaction between two or more male characters.
The main characters of the story must end in an M/M or M/M/M relationship. Other relationships (M/F, F/F, M/M/F, F/F/M) are acceptable in secondary pairings or as part of the development of a main character.
We encourage tales that cross genres; for example, a science-fiction mystery or romantic fantasy. Stories can stand alone or be part of a well-developed series.
Ellora’s Cave is always looking for new talent and welcomes unsolicited manuscripts from authors, whether you have an agent or not. We want great storytelling, fresh writing, compelling characters and hot sex that will thrill our readers and capture their imagination.

Loose Id is actively acquiring stories from both aspiring and established authors.
Loose Id is particularly interested in I/R, LGBT (something with an unusual setting or scenario would be nice) or stories with a setting that really adds to the romance. A focus on erotic romance basics -- intense relationship, romantic arc and HEA -- are required.

Pyr (Science Fiction + Fantasy)
Pyr® publishes only science fiction and fantasy novels. We are not currently looking for short story collections, anthologies, novellas, or nonfiction. We prefer novels in the 100,000 to 130,000 word range. For science fiction, we do not consider material under 85,000 words in length. For fantasy, we do not consider material under 95,000 words in length. We are also looking for speculative Young Adult fiction in any subgenre. These manuscripts may be shorter.

We are currently accepting all genres of ROMANCE and prefer stories that feature happily-ever-after endings. We ARE NOT accepting Erotica at this time.

As a general policy, Simon & Schuster does not review or return unsolicited manuscripts or artwork. We suggest that prospective authors and illustrators submit their materials through a professional literary agent.
Sourcebooks (Wide Variety of Fiction and Nonfiction)
Sourcebooks has strong distribution into the retail market–bookstores, gift stores and specialty shops whose primary product is something other than books–and provides tremendous editorial, sales, marketing and publicity support for our authors.
