Jennifer Leeland is a favorite author of mine. When I start one of her stories, I know things are going to heat up. Wolf of Arundale Hall is no exception. This one has it all - love, hate, heat, mystery and murder. The story alone is engaging and exciting. When you add great characters and hot sex, you get something explosive. Elizabeth is such an incredible woman that I wasn't sure Joshua really deserved her in the beginning. However, he rises to occasion. The background story about the beast plays nicely against Joshua's mission to win his lady. The secondary characters add much to the overall story and I hope to see some of them in future books. Finally, I can't leave out the sex. you'll find a little bit of everything here. There's f/m, m/m, voyeurism, kink and more. Keep the ice water near! But even with all the hedonism, there's such emotion. It comes through so clearly in many of these scenes. I thoroughly enjoyed this great read.
